1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vip777 ("vip777", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the vip777 website located at vip777-bangla.net and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.

3Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of vip777, including the ability to deposit funds and place bets, you must register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any of your details change — such as your mobile number or preferred payment method — you must update your account promptly. vip777 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by you.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, vip777 requires identity verification in line with standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). vip777 will review submitted documents within 24 hours of receipt in most cases. Failure to complete verification will prevent withdrawal processing until the requirement is fulfilled.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• vip777 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vip777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. International payment methods and foreign-currency accounts are not accepted.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at vip777 is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and card transactions. Deposits are processed instantly for all mobile wallet methods. vip777 charges no fees on any deposit. The amount you send is the exact amount that arrives in your vip777 wallet.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 2,000 for bank transfers and cards. Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, 10–20 minutes for NayaPay and SadaPay, up to 2 hours for bank IBFT, and 1–3 hours for card withdrawals. • All deposit and withdrawal methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party accounts are not permitted.

5Bonuses and Promotions

vip777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each offer, and the following general conditions apply to all bonus funds received on vip777:

• Welcome Bonus: New players receive a 100% deposit match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your vip777 account. Failure to meet the requirement within this window will result in the bonus balance being removed. Real-money balances are not affected.

6VIP Club Programme

The vip777 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Membership is automatic — all accounts begin at Bronze tier and progress through Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers based on accumulated loyalty points earned through gameplay.

Loyalty points are earned at a rate of 1 point per Rs 100 of qualifying bets placed on vip777. Points accumulate on a rolling basis. Tier thresholds, cashback percentages, withdrawal speed benefits, and other tier-specific rewards are published on the VIP Club page and are subject to change at vip777's discretion with reasonable notice given to affected members.

• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and paid weekly directly to your PKR balance every Monday.
• VIP cashback carries no wagering requirement and is available for immediate withdrawal.
• Higher VIP tiers receive priority withdrawal processing as described in the Deposits and Withdrawals section.
• VIP tier status may be recalculated based on activity levels. Players who become inactive for a sustained period may see their tier adjusted at the next scheduled review.
• The VIP Club programme may be modified, amended, or discontinued by vip777 at any time. Existing members will be given reasonable notice of any material changes affecting their benefits.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on vip777 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer formats. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the platform, players, or any external party. The house edge for each game is published clearly within the game information on the vip777 platform.

Players are expected to engage with all vip777 games in good faith and in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each game. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, vip777's records shall be the primary reference for resolution. Where a technical error or malfunction occurs during a game round, vip777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.

• Any bet placed after a game round has been officially closed will be void and any stake returned.
• Winnings from voided rounds are not paid out. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance.
• vip777 reserves the right to review and void any bet that it determines to have been placed in a manner that exploits a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of funds.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vip777. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using another person's identity or documents.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with vip777 games or the platform in a manner not available to regular users.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the vip777 platform or its underlying systems.

9Account Suspension and Closure

vip777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if vip777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 8, or if the player has violated any provision of these Terms.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, vip777 will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access their account, place bets, or make withdrawals. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and normal access restored.

• Players may request account closure voluntarily at any time by contacting vip777 support.
• Upon legitimate account closure initiated by the player, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
• Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Accounts closed as a result of self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reinstatement.
